Start with a Nervous System Tune-Up to get into the body and drop into the heart. Learn simple practices for Vagal toning, practice mindful self compassion, let the body shake, stretch and play!!
Writing Prompts to release, call in and practice aligning with ourselves.
Complete the session with some meditation and Reiki to allow our souls wishes to fall upon us like light snow!
